What do missed leasing calls cost you?
Put in your own numbers. The defaults come from the published data linked below.
- Unanswered calls per year
- —
- Prospects who never come back
- —
- Leases those prospects represent
- —
- Rent at risk, one month per lease
- —
How it works: calls per week × 52 × the unanswered share × the share who never call back gives the prospects lost. Divided by the inquiries it takes to sign a lease, that is the leases those prospects represent. Each is counted at one month of rent, as a proxy for the extra vacancy.
