LeaseOwl is responsible for the information collected on this site.
What we collect on this site
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, company, phone number if given, portfolio size, markets, and the software and listing sites you mention. We also record the country your request came from. We measure how the site is used with PostHog in cookieless mode: no cookies, no advertising trackers, and visits are counted with an anonymous identifier that changes every day. If you create an account, Google gives us your name, email address and profile photo, and we keep a sign-in cookie in your browser for up to 30 days, only to keep you signed in.
Why
To contact you about a demo, to run your account, and to learn which markets and systems to support first.
How long
We keep demo requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time. We keep your account until you ask us to delete it.
Where
Requests and accounts are stored with Cloudflare, which may process data outside your province or country.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information. Quebec residents have the rights set out in Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
