From first ring to your decision.
LeaseOwl handles the leasing legwork from the first inquiry to a completed application. Here is every step.
- 1
It picks up the call
Calls to your leasing line are answered in one ring by a natural voice. Texts, emails and the lead alerts from Kijiji, Kangalou, Rentals.ca, Louer.com and Zumper get answered too.
- 2
It says who it is
Every call and first message starts the same way, in the caller’s language:
“Hi, I’m the AI assistant for Maple Street Properties. The team isn’t available right now, so I’m handling your call. This call is recorded.”
- 3
It answers from your listing details
Rent, availability, what’s included, pets, parking and fees come from the information you entered or synced. When it doesn’t know, it says so and takes a message. It never invents a policy.
- 4
It pre-qualifies with your questions
It asks the questions you set for each property, the same way for every renter. Unit suggestions come only from what the renter asks for, and every match is offered.
- 5
It books the showing
It offers your real open slots from Google or Outlook, books one, and sends a confirmation and a reminder by text and email.
- 6
It sends your screening link
At the application step, the applicant gets the link to the screening service you already use. LeaseOwl tracks whether it’s done; the report goes to you, not to us.
- 7
Your team decides
Every conversation arrives as a summary and a transcript. Approvals and declines are yours.
You choose when it answers.
Turn hand-off on and set your hours. During them, calls transfer to your team and texts alert you. Outside them, LeaseOwl answers, books and takes messages. Accommodation requests, emergencies and anything that sounds like a dispute always go to a person.
Every word, on the record.
Transcripts, the criteria in force, consents and your team’s decisions are kept for the period you set, up to three years, and export per applicant in one click.
